The Pro EFK has become our most popular electric fillet knife with stainless steel blades due to its power and control. The handset features a powerful gear system that produces 2x the torque of normal electric fillet knives and runs on a 110V setup that cuts smoothly and consistently regardless of the size of your catch. The handle is ergonomically designed to help reduce strain and fatigue on the hand, and the 8" freshwater blade can be easily detached, cleaned and changed at the touch of a button.
You can use any of these optional blades (sold separately) with this American Angler electric knife: AEK-KB-CL-001-4 - 5.5" curved serrated fillet blade, AEK-KB-CL-001-5 - heavy-duty straight 10" bread / serrated blade, AEK-KB-CL-001-2 - 8" saltwater fillet blade or AEK-KB-CL-001-3 - 10" saltwater fillet blade.
