Each 6 Liter (6.34 Qt) tank has a faucet which allows for worry-free removal of oil. The tank insert is calibrated for ease of measuring. Constructed of heavy duty stainless steel for durability. A heavy duty fryer basket with a heat-resistant handle is included. Heating coils are protected by a wire grate (included). Temperature control switch adjusts from 120° F -375° F. 208V/240V, 2700-3600W, 15 Amps
