Gas countertop fryers have a welded 16 gauge stainless steel tank and long lasting baffles that are mounted in the heat exchange tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency. Designed with a standing pilot light that provides a ready flame when heat is required, the cabinet is constructed of stainless steel front and door with galvanized sides and back. The fryers come standard with two nickel plated oblong wire mesh baskets, one nickel plated tube rack, one drain extension, a built-in integrated flue deflector and 4″ adjustable legs. The fryers have an internal temperature range of 200F to 400F and a front 1-1/4″ drain for quick and safe disposal of oil. Black Diamond fryers also include Robert Shaw components that are made in the USA.60,000 BTU, Liquid Propane Gas.3 cast iron burners. Oil capacity of 35-40 lbs. Frying area is 13″ x 12″.
