Includes built-in external solar powered digital display Fahrenheit thermometer and two front 6" swivel casters with brake and two rear 10" rigid casters. Easy to use control panel has minimal buttons and switches to ease training and use. Set hot holding between 150°F and 165°F (65.6°C and 73.9°C). Or swtich Hot/Cold units to factory set cold holding at 37°F (2.8°C).
