I have a family of four and this item makes life a lot easier in the mornings. You fill the pan with water, you put the lid and drop the eggs, that's it, they cook while you can do other things around the kitchen. Finally you remove the little cups and you serve them. A few tips though, when I receive this item the screws from the cups were a little loose, make sure you tight them so you don't lose them, and second I use Pam cooking spray in the cups to make it a real non-stick process otherwise you do get some sticking to the cups.
