Cambro 1/6 GN High Heat Food Pan, 2 1/2" Deep, 6/PK, Black, 62HP-110. Approx. Capacity: 1.1 Qt. Great design benefits and state-of-art ability to handle high heat needs. Designed to accommodate extreme temperatures ranging from -40°F to +375°F. Perfect for microwave oven or steam table applications. Great for flash freezing, cooking and reconstitution. Precisely designed to Gastronorm specifications. Uniform 1/2" flange width ensures a smooth fit for prep tables and rails.

Standard and Metric graduations promote easy inventory management. Non-stick surfaces promote easy food release for improved yields and easier cleaning. Compare them to stainless steel pans, these pans are quiet, light and won't bend or dent. Now you know why they're "hot".
