Approx. Capacity: 2.7 Qt. Translucent Food Pans are an economical choice for storing food as well as using on prep tables and in food bars. Made of translucent polypropylene to handle a wide temperature range from -40°F to +160°F (-40°C to +71°C), to provide visibility for content identification and to offer high chemical resistance. Translucent Pans are not designed for steam table use. Non-stick smooth interior surface increases yield and eases cleaning. Uniform flange width ensures a smooth fit for prep tables and rails.
