The cabinet body is a tough, one-piece seamless double-wall polyethylene shell that is easy to maintain and clean and won't dent, crack, rust, chip or break. Louvered panels gently circulate heated air evenly throughout the cabinet. Self-venting cap located on each door releases steam without opening the door. Menu clips are conveniently located on each door to hold routing instructions, content list, dietary information or client/event details.
