Polyethylene construction, foam insulation, door gaskets and tight-fitting hinges and latches combine to set the industry standard for heat retention.
All CamCarts feature stainless steel hardware fastened to molded-in metal mounting plates. No rust, no breakdowns! Carts come with a molded-in handle and 6 casters with impact plates (two fixed, two swivel, one with brake).
Features a removable cutting board on top. Transport cakes, pastries and plated items. Tray supports are on 3-3/4" centers for 3" clearance between trays. Capacity: Holds up to 7 each 18" x 26" trays or sheet/bun pans.
Note: If using metal food pans, cool to 250°F before placing onto rails.
