Cambro ThermoBarrier Insulated Shelf, Set Of 2, Slate Blue, 1600DIV-401. ThermoBarrier for UPC1600 and CamKiosk Cart. Divide the interior into hot and cold areas with our removable ThermoBarrier insulated shelf. Maintain safe hot and cold temperatures by separating food held in the same compartment. Move up or down as food pans are removed to minimize holding space and maximize hot or cold temperatures of food.

Use to:

Hold hot and cold food in same cabinet cavity.

Minimize open cavity space.

Easy to use:

Slide between hot food on top and cold food on bottom. (A)

Slide under hot food loaded in upper cavity space. (B)

Slide above cold food loaded into lower cavity space. (C)
