In this section you will find information about our freight terms and what to do in case your order was damaged in transit.
Free Shipping Policy
Freight is prepaid on all Cambro shipments totaling $3,510 net or more, based on a single order for single delivery within the continental U.S.A. Orders for shipments totaling less than $3,510 are F.O.B. Huntington Beach, California. Any items backordered from a "prepaid freight order" will be forwarded transportation charges paid. Add-ons are not allowed on prepaid backorders.

All other items on our website with Free Shipping are delivered within the continental U.S.A. free of charge. If your order contains items with Free Shipping and regular items, you will be charged shipping on the items that do not qualify for free shipping unless the order is over $3,510 net. Polar Refrigerators do not qualify for Free Shipping promotions.

International Shipping

For international orders clients must have their own freight forwarder (export company) or have an account with Bongo. We can ship any product to the freight forwarder of your choice inside the continental U.S.A. or to the address provided by Bongo. We do not ship directly outside the continental U.S.A. Inspecting your order upon arrival
Please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged during shipping. Please follow the guidelines below for inspection of your package(s):

For items shipped via freight carrier:
Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property.

For items shipped via UPS or similar services:
You have 3 days to contact us to report the damage. If you do not contact us within 3 days, the merchandise becomes your property.

If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at (866) 482-8919.

Change or Cancel an Open Order
If your order has not been shipped yet, you may change or cancel your order at anytime. Once it has been shipped, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee for any items that are not defective or damaged during shipping. You will also be responsible for all the shipping charges. Special or custom orders may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours after the order has been approved. Cancellation fees will apply on special or custom orders beyond the first 24 hours of placing your order.
