Change or Cancel an Open Order

If your order has not been shipped yet, you may change or cancel your order at anytime. Once it has been shipped, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee for any items that are not defective or damaged during shipping. You will also be responsible for all the shipping charges. Special or custom orders may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours after the order has been approved. Cancellation fees will apply on special or custom orders beyond the first 24 hours of placing your order.

DeiEquipment.com makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 48 to 72 hours after order has been approved. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you within one business day. Special and Custom orders lead time will be provided after the order is received.

We do not collect sales tax on items purchased at www.DeiEquipment.com, except for deliveries within North Carolina State. North Carolina deliveries are charged state sales tax based on your county which is calculated during checkout. If you are a tax-exempt organization residing in North Carolina, please contact us prior placing your order.

If you need to pay with a Business Check or Money Order please contact our customer service at 1-866-482-8919. We accept purchase orders from government and state agencies such as schools, universities, hospitals and other. Certain requirements apply, please call for more information.

Our Charge Policy

We check stock on your order before charging your credit card. If all the items on your order are in stock your credit card will be charged and your order will be processed.

Backorders and special orders: The production lead time on backorders or special orders will be confirmed with you prior charging your credit card. Once you approve the production lead time your card will be charged to start production of your order. There is a 3% cancellation fee if you cancel your order after your credit card has been charged.

For orders paid for via check or money order:
Your order will not ship until after your payment has been received and processed. This process generally takes between 7-10 business days from the time your payment is received. Orders paid for by certified bank check or money order will ship upon receipt of payment. Returned checks will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.
