Made of translucent polypropylene to handle a wide temperature range from -40°F to +160°F (-40°C to +71°C), to provide visibility for content identification and to offer high chemical resistance. Translucent Pans are not designed for steam table use.Non-stick smooth interior surface increases yield and eases cleaning. Uniform flange width ensures a smooth fit for prep tables and rails. All Translucent Food Pans are made of FDA approved materials and are designed to CEN Gastronorm Standard EN 631-1.

Cambro warrants to the original buyer that if this product proves defective (manufacturer’s defect) within Three Years from the date of purchase, Cambro will replace the product free of charge.
