Cambro Cold Food Pans and Crocks

Keep foods chilled at or below HACCP guidelines of +41°F (5°C) without the use of messy ice. Simply freeze Gastronorm pans and crocks upside down for eight hours and add pre-chilled products such as salads, condiments or vegetables. Made with high impact resistant ABS material and FDA listed non-toxic gel, ColdFest Food Pans are designed to perform with frequent and heavy use in a foodservice operation.

COLD FOOD PANS, HALF SIZE

Approx. Capacity: 6.5 Qt. Conforms to standard 1/2 Gastronorm exterior dimensions to fit standard food bars or make tables. Ideal in Cambro Salad bars or to chill condiments and creamers.

COLD FOOD PANS, 1/3 SIZE

Approx. Capacity: 3.7 Qt. Conforms to standard 1/3 Gastronorm exterior dimensions to fit standard food bars or make tables. Ideal in Cambro Salad bars or to chill condiments and creamers.

COLD FOOD PANS, 1/6 SIZE

Approx. Capacity: 1.5 Qt. Conforms to standard 1/6 Gastronorm exterior dimensions to fit standard food bars or make tables. Ideal in Cambro Salad bars or to chill condiments and creamers.
