Commercial Gas Stove/griddle combos are constructed of stainless steel fronts with aluminized sides. These Commercial Gas Stove/griddle combos provide the most optimum cooking performance. 12″ x 12″ heavy duty cast iron grates allow you to easily slide heavy pots from one section to another, while a unique anti-clogging pilot shield ensures that the open top burners deliver long-lasting performance.
This gas range have a 3/4″ thick griddle plate with a manual control and a 24″ wide cooking area. With it’s deep cooking area, and a 5″ front ledge these ranges provides you with plenty of room to work. The standard sized oven(s) each have 30,000 BTUs of cooking power and a unique double-wall flame spreader with temperature diverters to ensure even heat distribution. The oven’s interior has a porcelain bottom. 6″ stainless steel legs and 24.75″ high back riser. -3/4″ rear NPT gas connection. ETL Listed and ETL Sanitation.
Adcraft guarantees their products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 1 Year. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use of any of the implements (including repairs or alterations other than by our Authorized Service Center) or normal wear and tear.

If installed or used in a residential environment, please note there are limitations to our manufactures warranty policy and should be considered when purchasing our products. The homeowner is responsible for providing their own service technician when needed. Admiral Craft will supply and ship the required parts free of charge.

- Commercial equipment Is designed for functionality and heavy use in a commercial environment.
- Commercial equipment Is not insulated as thoroughly as non-commercial equipment and generates much more heat. Many pieces of commercial equipment also require a ventilation hood system and a fire-suppression system to comply with local fire and building codes.
- Commercial equipment consumes more power than non-commercial equipment
- Commercial equipment Is often louder than a comparable non-commercial piece of equipment.
When commercial products are Installed in a non-commercial setting your homeowner’s insurance could be void.
