What is your return policy?
There is a 25% restocking fee plus outbound freight on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage. No merchandise may be returned without written authorization. To receive an RA# (Return Authorization Number) please call us toll-free at 866-482-8919 or reply to your order confirmation received via email.
If you return any merchandise without an RA# the shipment will be refused and returned to you. A return authorization must be requested within 7 days after receiving the merchandise.
What are the conditions for a return?
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH THE ORIGINAL CONTENTS AS SHIPPED BY THE MANUFACTURER. USED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN A PRODUCT DEFECT.
Is there a time limit to return an order?
Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid and received within 30 days of purchase. Special order or non-standard items are not returnable.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

However, please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged during shipping. YOU MUST INSPECT ALL PACKAGES UPON ARRIVAL.
Please follow the guidelines below for inspection of your package(s):
For items shipped via UPS or similar services:
If there is any damage, visible or not, you have 3 days to contact us to report the damage. If you do not contact us within 3 days, the merchandise becomes your property.
For items shipped via freight carrier:
Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property.
Again, please take the time to inspect your delivery and if there is any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at 866-482-8919.
I received the wrong item, what should I do?
DEI Equipment is committed to provide the highest level of service and if you received an incorrect item by mistake - don't worry - simply call us toll-free at 866-482-8919 and we will take care of all the shipping expenses and getting you the correct product right away.
